Leave it to the states, as the Alito decision would do. It would be nice if this originalist court could also limit the scope of the Commerce Clause and the Due Process Clause, while also finding that the 10th Amendment still exists.
Congress will take attempts to restrict abortion with federal law as validating the Democrat attempts to codify Roe v Wade.
No kidding. It needs to be limited to allowing federal courts and congress to resolve disputes between the states to remove roadblocks to trade. This is what it means to regulate trade.
It doesn't mean that the federal government must approve all activity that could possibly travel between states.
