It would be nice if this originalist court could also limit the scope of the Commerce Clause No kidding. It needs to be limited to allowing federal courts and congress to resolve disputes between the states to remove roadblocks to trade. This is what it means to regulate trade.
It doesn't mean that the federal government must approve all activity that could possibly travel between states.

I think that the Supreme Court has been terrible, no, horrible in following the Constitution of the US, so I think states rights "precedent" does not seem like a Constitutional argument. It is possibly just repeating past mistakes without thought (or just avoiding controversy from statists).
If you cannot cross state lines and conduct commerce then the citizens really have no rights in a republic of many states.

A Supreme Court that is smart enough to realize this is a states right issue is smart enough to strike any Federal pro or anti-abortion legislation down as a violation of the 10th amendment. The only difference is that it will be a 6-3 decision if pro-abortion, and 9-0 if pro-life.
Tell the Republican swamp creatures to go find something useful to do and not mess up a winning hand.

The stupid house GOP is simply repeating the same Dim error which is in opposition to Alito’s decision, which took the matter out of Federal authority and returned it to the states.

Not good enough. Ban it completely. That’s what the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments require you to do.
