To: Pollard
Attorney General Eric Schmitt, a Republican, signed an opinion Friday morning activating the trigger law.

Is there something in this particular law that requires him to trigger it with an opinion? Or is that done with all Missouri laws?

Praise God for this decision. Two days in a row where the godly roots of this nation have been restored.

I have no idea. Texas’ trigger law automatically goes into effect after 30 days but Paxton went ahead and enacted it today. I don’t know if MO was the same or if it required enacting.
