There was a reason for the Tenth Amendment. To keep matters to SPECIFICALLY enumerated powers and prohibitions as defined by our founding document.
The Court has reversed itself on very many occasions. This is a 50 year mistake corrected. If Democrats and ‘progressives’ don’t like it they can do their worst and start work (as everyone knows they will) on trying to subvert it. But for now, they’re just gonna have to wail and shout at the sky.
Because under the Constitution a person's fundamental right to live has nothing to do with the state he resides in. If a state tries to deprive you of your life without due process, it's a federal matter.
