Why not? Since this is no longer a matter between a woman and her doctor, abortion now becomes a commercial transaction just like any other. Congress has the power to regulate that as they wish.

Not so. It goes BACK to the STATE LEGISLATURES where it always was before the USSC usurped the power of the states with Roe v Wade.

Congress has nothing to do with it.
