It was 5-4 to overturn Roe. Roberts specifically REJECTED overturning Roe. He didn’t say Roe was constitutional, just that the Court had previously said it was and...the Court could uphold Mississippi’s law WITHOUT overturning Roe.
The Great Squish didn’t technically support Roe, but he very clearly said the Court was WRONG to overturn it!

I see it being very limited in Florida but not totally banned.
Hopefully it will be limited enough in states like Florida, Texas, Tennessee, Idaho and other states where leftists are fleeing to, that it will reduce the incentive for the leftist-state refugees to relocate to those states and we can keep them in the "R" column for a while longer.

This is a great observation on Mitch and as majority leader or minority leader is his job to produce the votes on critical issues. Obviously he did great work on judges during Trump’s term. Many here want the perfect to be the enemy of the good.
