Well I’m not real excited about Oz either. But better than Fetterman by a long shot.

If Fetterman was a Republican, Dems and the PA media would be shrieking that he needs to resign.

Living in PA all my life will make it easy to hold my nose and vote for Oz. I have plenty of experience voting for Pat Spector and Arlen Toomey. I never like either but they were better than any Democrat. I don’t like Oz and I doubt if I ever will. If ever asked by a pollster if I view Oz favorably I will be honest and say I don’t. Unfortunately how I view Oz and voting for him are mutually exclusive events.

Dr Oz seems to be backing away from Trump, now that Trump helped him get the nomination. Maybe the people of Pennsylvania know that Dr is really a democrat?

Fetterman appears to be a Marxist. He wants to shut down coal mining in PA from what I understand. The creep should have no chance to beat Oz.

I’m sure this was known and agreed upon from the start. In a purple state having Trump there could hurt. They have been friends a long time, I’m sure no hard feelings. It’s all about the win, right? that said, he’s a Rino at best, a lib most likely. Should have been Barnette.

I’ve made my feelings clear about Doug Mastriano in earlier posts. He’s a menace to American democracy …
We should hope so, Allah’s Pundit. The USA is a republic, and thanks for admitting your hatred for it.

Fetterman is very much a creep - but then so many running for offices anymore are. Look who’s in Washington’s Congress! People who at one time would have never even been considered!

I read earlier he was going to soft-peddle the MAGA platform
in the interest of appealing to more voters.

Voters are looking for MAGA policies dim wit.

Why do you think people voted out the incumbent?

I get a strong Fib OZ can’t be trusted - something phoney about him. Whatever it is I’m not all that confident this guy is made up of the things he professes.

Perhaps it’s just he’s not a likable person?

I don’t think it was one of Trump’s best endorsements.

I’m not sold on the guy, but I forget the particulars.

Was it him or bust, or what there another person that
may have won and been a better pick?

What a terrible move by Trump to endorse this jerk.

Trump should just fade away.

I’m never going to like Oz, and i won’t be ashamed to say it out loud, but there’s no way in hell I’m not going to get out and vote against the socialist Fetterman. It was a bitter primary, a lot of voters didn’t feel like they had any good candidates to vote for, and these polls accurately reflect that sentiment. The sentiment will pass, the numbers will look less awful.

The biggest thing now for the senate race is for Fetterman’s Marxism and socialism to be put on display. His current health scare has been wonderful in blunting attack ads (nobody wants to kick a man when he’s deathly sick), and it’s practically an in kind donation to his campaign because it’s letting him hide.

Interestingly women, in this poll, are deadset against the Turkish Delight. He used to be Oprah’s favorite medico, I would have thought the women would be all over his ‘exciting and diverse’ candidacy.

GOP is 1/10 to hold an House advantage and 1/3 to hold the majority in the Senate in the opinion backed by money poll.

There is little betting on this race being offered due to Fetterman’s health. IMO Oz and Doug are losing. The fraud and teacher’s unions are too high a hurdle to overcome even if they were better candidates. Unless I am forgetting someone Toomey is the only GOP to win a PA statewide election in a long time. Plus, Wolf won easily under similar circumstances (Dems losing every contentious election in the nation) during the Kenyan’s reign.

The problem is that like most northern states, there is no primary runoff in Pennsylvania. The top 2 Republican candidates for the Senate in Pennsylvania got under 1/3 of the vote. I don’t think Oz would have done very well in a runoff.
