from the voter guide for the state of alabama.

According to Act #2017-340, Section 2(a), if an elector votes in a Primary Election, that elector may vote in a subsequent Primary Runoff Election only if they voted in the Primary Election of the same political party for which the Runoff Election is being held. Voters who did not vote in a Primary Election, may choose either partyโ€™s ballot in a Primary Runoff Election

An elector is different from a voter, at least to my knowledge. Was he an elector, or just a voter, do you know?

If I am even reading that correctly. ๐Ÿ™‚

If he is just a voter, then he is also legal to vote in the primary runoff election if he did not vote in the primary election itself.

That makes it even worse.

Good find. Alabama needs to change that Again, if I am even reading that correctly. ๐Ÿ™‚
