The same leg where the career animal removed the ankle bracelet. why not shoot at the head or chest? I dont get it. Most targets at the gun range are in the form of a human head, not a leg. Now we have to feed this clown while in the hospital. From the description of the victim, he may have shot the perp gangsta style.

Same thing happened in Youngstown Ohio 35+ years ago. Speculation was drug related murder rate was too high. Right after announcement leg injuries increased dramatically.
