She continued: "We had some interesting, even helpful, interactions in private and then the press would be invited in and he would say something insulting about America. He would then manspread for effect."

She was nothing more than an annoying gnat to Putin and had no gravitas.
The interesting “private interactions” were more likely between the two staffs, in which hopefully at least SOME of the Americans were competent.
