How ironic that today is Father’s Day as well as Juneteenth. While all of America celebrates and honors their fathers, those who celebrate Juneteenth ignore their fathers.

I chuckled this morning at the thought of this “Juneteenth” falling on Father's Day. Between the barbecues, parades and outright confusion, the ‘hoods are gonna be messier than usual.

Didn’t you get the memo? If Fathers day and juneteemph fall on the same day, the latter takes precedence. Otherwise, well, you know. The “r” word. I notice the National Weather Service is on board labeling today “that”. Not Sunday, not Fathers day. And I got an email from Veterans Canteen Service this morning with suggestions how to celebrate juneteemph. 🙄🐂💩
