Corporate pensions are covered by government agency insurance. One of my employer went bankrupt, and then the PBGC (?) government agency is paying my pension for 20+ years now.
PBGC is paying some to my husband too....not even close to what he should have had, not even that respectable, but at least something....it never goes up.....
