We had a CA couple move in to the South and they were shocked when our DR/PHD neighbors told them “When around blacks, never relax”...they asked us if they were racists and I told them that was great advice for newcomers and how damn dangerous LIttle Rock, Memphis, and Pine Bluff were. We are a poor state and the prison is a revolving door.
