Yes so read your posts on trumps terrible hiring record. They boil down to “the dog ate Trumps homework”. You make excuses for him. Sorry if I believe in holding a grown man responsible for his performance, not excuse-making
Ruth Ben Ghiat was my professor at Fordham in the 1990s. Actually enjoyed her classes but she has gone off the deep end.
The best hire that Trump made was in Scotty Pruitt to take a chainsaw to the EPA. We can't bring manufacturing back to the United States unless we gut the myriad of EPA regulations that make manufacturing here cost-prohibitive and Pruitt set about doing exactly that.
But liberals, who believe the EPA belongs to them regardless of who is in the White House cried too much so Trump, always trying to please those who hated him, demanded Pruitt's resignation.
Pruitt was the most MAGA person Trump hired and Trump basically fired him for it.
It would be better if the EPA were gutted but your supposition is BS in the main. The cost of following EPA/OSAH regs is probably less the 1 cent on the dollar to the end consumer.
You Trump bashing scum can suck my -—.
That's flat-out bullsh*t.
" To the end consumer" get it?
The US economy is around $U.S. $20,936.60B (give or take) annually.
The math:
$353 Billion / $20,936 Billion = .017 or 1.7% in total.
You have the same problem Trump has - name calling and denigrating people - the stuff of losers.
Bottom line is this. EPA regulations hurt American businesses. As EPA Chairman, Pruitt set about hobbling the EPA. Liberals cried. Trump fired him.
You can take your rose-colored glasses off. Not everything Trump did was awesome. Some of the things he did sucked.
I don't even want to talk about Trump's "Platinum Plan" of $500 billion in reparations to blacks.
What hurts American workers is off shoring to save 1.7%. What good is cheap TV if you have no job, or a low paying job and can’t afford a TV.
I'm not talking about the entirety of the US economy.
I'm talking about US manufacturing.
One of the reasons, if not the primary reason, that we don't make anything here anymore is because government regulations make it cost prohibitive.
Trump in 2024, then DeSantis in 2028 & 2032!
This is retarded thinking. Here is what you are trying to say.
"The cost of doing business is made more expensive following US regulations and paying US taxes. The cost of those things really can cut into our profit margins and stock price and the dividend we pay. Even though the impact on our customers and consumers of our product and the per unit retail prices are only affected a tiny bit we feel compelled to move off shore to save the money in production and lay off all of our US workers because is it worth the 1 or 2 % to our stock holders. We know a small import tariff would make the move overseas cost prohibitive but we have paid off all the GOP and most of the Democrats to keep our import tariffs to minimum; if non existent. So this Free Traitor™ scheme will work unless a guy like Trump comes along. He has to be stopped."
This is really what you were trying to say.
“Trump in2024”
Fine, but not as president. He refused to fire Fauci, and he hired almost the entire swamp. We don’t need any more of his disastrous personnel decisions.
More leftist party-splitting nonsense from BI. EVERY DEMOCRAT is and EXPERT in fascism.....
