You reminding me of that was reasoned.

Didn’t mean to imply it wasn’t.

Sometimes even legit things that reach the height of absurdity, they should not be honored.

I am curious now if hotels could be taken to court for the same sort of thing.

Should tens of thousands of people be able to make claims against hotel insurance companies?

Vehicle policies are written extremely broadly because of how vehicles are used and misused. A hotel insurance CGL policy is much more narrow.

But I guarantee you every carrier is pulling out their policies to fix upon re-issue.
