True but Marshall’s saw the guy and didn’t stop him, they just looked at him. The person actually called the police and turned himself in. Law enforcement needs to start bring more proactive. Could have been another incident of “he was on the radar” or “we did see him but he hadn’t done anything to warrant a stop” except arriving in front of a conservative justice house in middle of night dresses in black carrying a suitcase and backpack and acting suspicious.
