Say what ya will...DeSantis looks pretty damn good if he decides to run. I believe he will.
Also, Republicans hate Trump so much, they’re going to flood the 2024 Republican primary with a dozen or more candidates in an effort to water down Trump’s effort for a comeback.
You can count on it. That said, often times Trump is his own worse enemy.
But seriously, Trump's Achilles is his personnel instincts. They're a virtual dumpster fire. Sessions, the Mooch, Bolton, Tillersn, Mattis, Giuliani, McCabe, Nikki Haley, Sally Yates, Flynn, Hope Hicks, Reince Priebus, Rod Rosenstein. Oh, and Pence.
And this is not an inconsequential Achilles. Indeed, picking Rudy to lead the stolen election charge was a disaster. He may have been America's Mayor but he was out of his league when arguing cases. In fact he was by many accounts hung over and that's why his hair dye was tricking down his face.
Ignoring a problem won't make it go away, and this is a big problem.
