These subpoenas were issued with bipartisan support in committee. To have a Civil war you need two sides. Clearly, we don’t have that right now.
If it happens it would have to be guerilla warfare for us. The US military would obliterate any civilian militia in 2 seconds. No way would this be fought like the 1860s where back then there was only guns and cannons for both sides. I really wonder though how eager the military would be to fight civilians with this domestic enemy occupation giving the orders. On the other hand they did it in the 1860s didn’t they.
