More covert acts of deadly racism by the elites, who control America and the world. More hidden reset/racism by the elites.

Isotonitazene is a benzimidazole derived opioid analgesic drug related to etonitazene,[2][3][4] which has been sold as a designer drug.[5][6][7] It has only around half the potency of etonitazene in animal studies,[2][8][9][10][11][12][13] but it is likely less potent in humans as was seen with etonitazene (1000 times as potent as morphine in animal models yet only 60 times as potent in humans).[2] Isotonitazene (obtained from an online vendor) was fully characterized in November 2019 in a paper where the authors performed a full analytical structure elucidation in addition to determination of the potency at the μ-opioid receptor using a biological functional assay in vitro. While isotonitazene was not compared directly to morphine in this assay, it was found to be around 2.5 times more potent than hydromorphone and slightly more potent than fentanyl.[2][14]

I dimly recall those speedballs from back in the 80s. My memory is that they were a discrete product in itself. The way I’ve heard it reported with laced meth or cocaine is that supposedly the buyer doesn’t know it’s laced with opioids.

I used to regularly post the Equianalgesics table from Wikipedia here, to have context for these new, ultra-powerful drugs.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Equianalgesic

But it's already hopelessly outdated. A recent world survey determined that there are now at least 200 *new* mostly Fentanyl analogs, most of which are significantly stronger than Fentanyl.

While the vast majority are killing illegal drug users, an increasing number of people are dying from copycat drugs. Typically they think they are getting something like Oxycodone for their raging addiction, but instead it is Fentanyl, and they drop dead.

Remember that even Rush Limbaugh got hooked and had to go to rehab to get off the stuff. It's not just street junkies, but middle and upper class people who get ensnared by their physician. They take a legal drug for a major pain problem, and before they know it, they are hooked. The their doctor cuts off their legal supply, since he has no choice.

And since they are desperate, they buy counterfeits and bang, they are a statistic. Counterfeit Oxycodone:

Recreational drug use is a problem, but not the only cause - or even the main cause - of widespread drug addiction.

There is a legal drug epidemic which leads to addiction to illegal drugs - people get hooked on prescribed pain killers and anti depressants, and then when their prescription expires, they seek illegal substitutes.

Also, there is a long history of Big Pharma marketing supposedly non-addictive drugs to cure addiction. Cocaine was developed to end Opium addiction. Heroine was developed by Beyer to end Cocaine addiction. Etc..

So, while it is true that recreational drug use is a risky and unhealthy cultural phenomenon, we must not lose sight of the fact that there are huge multinational corporations profiting and preying on an innocent population.

Most of the serious drug addicts I know of did not begin as recreational drug users - they began with prescribed pain-killers or therapies. Some were gulf war vets who were badly injured or suffered PTSD. Some had motorcycle accidents and got addicted to pain- killers.

When I was in high school and college in the 1970s, I and most of my friends smoked weed and tried plenty of other recreational stuff. At some point early on, we all came to realize it wasn’t helping our grades, it was not helping us climb the social ladder, it was not helping us get the girl.

So we quit doing it so much, then quit altogether. One or two of my friends kept smoking weed into adulthood, and although I wouldn’t say it was a healthy choice - they did not progress into other drugs or become ‘addicts’ - certainly not the kind of addict at risk of overdosing.

Avoiding addiction is ultimately our own responsibility. But there is something wrong with our culture when so much money can be made legally by healthcare institutions pushing deadly poisons on innocent people.

Well, when I had my gall bladder attacks, the pain was beyond worst. They had to inject me with Demerol to numb the pain. That was at age 50. I guess I had mental toughness to not get addicted to pain killers, and doing great at age 82.

Carfentanil is 100x more potent than Fentanyl.

I wondered what they could put in something so small as a dart used to tranquilize an elephant, so I looked it up. Carfentanil is one commonly used.

10 milligrams will knock out an elephant in minutes. A dose the size of a grain of salt could kill a man.

Some of you have probably seen drug addicts in your neighborhoods, or even in doctors’ offices, as they lined up to try to con receptionists for opioid prescriptions. Notice that every one of them has the accoutrements of long term drug trash (grooming, dress, etc.). Most of them started with marijuana. Don’t let online dealers con you or your politicians with their propaganda. They’re killing your kids and grandkids.

My doctor’s office has a placard saying this:

Food is the most overused anti-anxiety substance,
exercise is the least.
My daily exercise routine in Gym is the type of “High” I prefer.

Why can’t people just be satisfied with the effects of marijuana ? The current potency is more than enough for a recreational high. IMHO

There are many types of agonizing pain that you can’t “run it off”. And the pain and inflammation cause severe, even life threatening problems on their own. At such times, Fentanyl still remains the most potent prescription analgesic that you can legally get.

One of the rarer, highly valued Nurse specialists are the “pain control Nurses”. They go through a lot of intense extra schooling to learn how to properly diagnose and treat pain. They are paid as much or more than top physicians.

Their job requires expertise in Nursing, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, chemistry, addiction and pain management.

No matter where they are hired, they will be very busy, as there is no shortage of potential patients requesting their services. The vast majority of people cannot get their services.

No one is doing it on purpose, it’s caused by cross contamination during preparation to distribute at the street level.
