The Biden administration is using this opportunity to push gun control and probably doesn't even care about prosecuting police incompetence. Wouldn't expect anything less from the "never let a crisis go to waste" party.

Plus there's a 50/50 chance Biden doesn't even remember this massacre in a week's time.
