While I’m not happy about this, I do wonder if Durham
continues his march to the Queen of this operation.
THEN he seeks a change of venue.
A decent judge reviewing this case, will see the need for
that change of venue.
Sussman was free the moment the trial was situated
in W., D.C.

I’m not a big fan of the ‘lie to the FBI, go to jail law.’... I’m actually more a fan of the ‘get rid of the FBI completely’ law. That being said, this was never going to happen in DC. Jury nullification is widely accepted as a legitimate political tactic in the black community.
