“Under the new law, police officers can’t give chase unless there’s reasonable suspicion to believe the driver is impaired or the higher standard of probable cause to believe they’re an escaped felon or have committed a violent crime or a sex crime.”

I don’t know how anyone could be a LEO in a city with laws like that....why even bother?

Seriously, why would you stop for the police if you’re not required to? Can’t blame the reprobates for taking full advantage of a city which is tailored to meet their desires.

you just ‘reasonably suspect everyone of being under he influence and claim they were driving erratically which is wht prompted the suspicion-

Our leftist legislature and governor passed all kinds of laws police advised against after the “summer of love”.
