There are a lot of questions regarding this. First, like you asked, how did the little bastard get in?
Second: He's a poor pos and got brand new rifles...yeah yeah yeah, he worked at Wendy's.
Third: He had no drivers license, what store sold him the weapons without a drivers license? State I.D.? I'm interested in the store that sold him 2 ARs at the same time.
Fourth: He's a poor pos, without a driver's license and yet he was driving a late model Ford Pickup. Where did that come from? And from what I've read it wasn't his grandma's.
Fifth: Not really a question but there were red flags all over the place about this little pos and yet...

Shooter’s grandfather told the media that he didn’t have a license, but that is apparently incorrect, as it has been reported that he used a drivers license on his NICS form when he bought the guns.

One of the guns was found in Ramos’s car outside the school and the other one was found with his body inside the school. Ramos reportedly turned 18 on May 16, according to ABC.
