Yeah, “gun control” worked so well in the People’s Republic of Cali-f**king fornia.
There are over 2500 gun laws both federal and state so this guy thinks that adding more will help? What can he add? Restrict high cap magazines?
6 people including a eight year old boy are dead. 60+ others injured
Another SUV drove over people.
This is preventable. Our inaction is a choice.
We need nationwide, comprehensive, commonsense SUV safety NOW.
***programming mass killers. It’s bearing fruit now.***
It worked well in 1989 when California shelved an unpopular Assault weapon gun bill, then released Pat Purdy from a mental institution, allowed him to violate state and federal gun laws to buy a rifle and handgun, then went and shot up the Stockton School, killing several students and himself.
The shelved bill was pulled out and passed before opposition could be mounted against it.
Murder in Texas? And the Cali governor spews...
Well, lets see...California...
Must be 21 years of age to buy-Check.
Handgun and rifle registration-Check.
Background checks-Check.
Ban on A-s-s-ault rifles.-Check.
Ten day Waiting Periods-Check.
Red Flag law-Check
FBI checks-check.
Only California approved hand guns allowed-Check.
Tax on ammo-Check.
Background check for ammo purchases-Check.
Age limit of 21 for all guns. Check.
Micro-stamping -Check.
Age limit for ammo-Check.
Gun free zone-Check.
Ban on large magazines-Check.
No private individual sales-Check.
No buying out of state and bringing them into California.
So what new scheme and dream will they come up with..
So what is next without a total ban, and the fact a student in Russian Crimea murdered 19 fellow students a couple of years ago with a legally government approved shotgun proves government control does not work.
Don’t let them lie to you.
you buy ammo Inside CA, they are keeping a record. the Background check they do requires ammo types and amounts purchased.
You can bring ammo across state lines, and have it shipped into CA legally if you acquired a FFL03. Issue is none of the mainstream sites will alter their sites to allow for FFL holders. Easier to just ban the entire state.
don’t forget the fixed mag BS on that list, and registering any rifle if it has a pistol grip as an “assault weapon”
and requiring all Lowers be given a state approved S/N, even 80% ones
