Wow
Thats nuts
Doomsberg has a really informative article in sub stack about diesel and it’s complexity.

Biteme has also queered the oil access from the Saudis..
Since he’s trying to het the Iran nuke deal through, the Saudis have agreed with Russia to keep gas prices high and to hell with the US

Price gouging.
Refineries are exporting more than 1 million gallons of diesel per day to Latin American nations and Europe for huge profits.
Current NY pricing for diesel fuel equates to a barrel of oil costing over $230, even though the current market price is about $113/barrel.

So off to the natural gas fields he went. He made so much money he figured he would be better off using his chemical engineering degree than going hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt to become a physician.
He removed, among other things, sulfur from nat gas.
.govt wants higher prices. It’s how to ‘transform’ the economy from fossil fuels to green energy. Commodities go where they are welcomed most. The highest bidder gets the product. Companies are not in business to go broke.
Sorry. You’ll just have to pass the increase along to your customers. I have a trucking company and I have to do that.
