Exactly! Yet so many forget so easily. THerre is a lot to recall but it’s all important
I agree with that scenario - this is what we had in the 70's and there were opportunities to go long then as well.
As to Recession v. depression - If you get layed off - it is a recession, if I get layed off it is a depression. - Semantics
A couple of things in modern American politics we should always be aware of:
1. The GOP is the stupid party. They’ll turn on their own and reach out a hand across the aisle.
2. The democrats “THINK” they’re the smart party but ALWAYS over-reach.
3. Governance by democrats always over-reach which leads to GOP votes.
4. GOP governance and fear of being forceful leads to democrat votes.
Trump broke that. De Santis, Youngkin are following his template. It is now up to the rest of the GOP to stop being stupid and cautious.
The same is not true in the Middle East - Lots and lots of new oil and Gas development by the Middle East players, Many are putting in new platforms. However the Saudis are working overtime to make sure that the price of oil stays in the $100-$120 range
Yes, exactly - and Maria is walking a tight rope - best option for the rest of us is to call her out when she gives TV time to the RIONs like the Gramnasties, Rubios, etc.
I do not doubt these people, like Hannity, Maria and others feel the backlash from the Trump supporters when they do thinks that are not mAga - Trump may be important - but mAga is much more important
Stalin killed/starved more than SIX million Kulak Ukrainians in the 1930s while the N.Y. Slimes was getting a Pulitzer. And people think Hitler was bad - the power of the N.Y. Slimes / Bezos' Compost propaganda cannot be underestimated - today that have the "Twitter" as an additional G'ment supported propaganda organ - always follow the money. Twitter has never made a profit
SELF DESTRUCT!!

Thank you, Ms. Fish!
Thanks Kabar! Great article re the Left’s total misunderstanding of our petroleum refining deficiencies.
Democrats will trot out Rick Scott to showcase their delusion Republicans want to throw granny off a cliff - and to top that they’ll find a white man with a Southern Accent to proclaim all abortions, contraceptives, and free speech for women will be replaced by women being chained to a stove to cook and make more babies. Their base is so stupid they’ll believe it.
Yes, their base is stupid.
But regular folks still see gas prices, meat prices, chicken shortages, no baby formula, produce going up, up and up, frozen foods, rents, parts not available, fixed incomes not rising, government costs rising for every conceivable action that requires a permit...
It is endless.
The stupid have no hope. For everyone else, help is as simple as pulling the handle on the flusher, and sending the democrats down to the septic tank.
Buh bye, Nanzi! See ya, Chuck U! Biden, your next! I can Sarah Palin can see 2024 from her house.
This is the World Communist Party motto.
Yep...and why 2A is our last line of defense to save our Constitutional Republic.
