B. We don't need a priest's blessing to touch Jesus. God didn't give our fellow man that kind of power over us. Jesus Himself said that anybody who asks God for His Spirit gets Him.

Jesus Himself said that anybody who asks God for His Spirit gets Him The bishop and all ministers of the Holy Eucharist have the responsibility: (1) to safeguard its sacredness so that it is not treated sacrilegiously and (2) to do what he can so that those under his pastoral care do not compound their sins by receiving in an unworthy manner and who cause public scandal by doing so.
