“We need to have a real conversation about what we describe as Christianity,” said Kendra Cotton, a member of the Black Southern Women’s Collective, a network of Black women organizers, many of them from faith-based groups.
The white evangelical worldview that abortion is murder has consumed the conversation, flattening the understanding of how religion and views on abortion truly intersect, she said.

Isn’t the daughter of Martin Luther King, Jr., an active pro-lifer?
The memo went out to the MSM... never use the word “abortion” without “rights” attached.
KKkilling a baby is perfectly normal if the God you worship is Molech or Baal or their modern day equivalent.
African Americans still (generally) refuse to assimilate into American culture. But neither will they return to Africa. They should have been rounded up after the Civil War and returned en mass to their country of origin. IHMO.
The Salvatore Cordileone bishop of San Francisco has officially notified Plastic Face that she is barred from receiving Holy Communion in his diocese.
The Bishop knows what last fall’s United States Conference of Catholic Bishop’s vote was and the USCCB has not had the courage to announce the result so Bishop Cordileone did it for them.
There are about 25 others that will likely follow.
This is good news if they do and not good news if Bishop Cordileine stands alone.
Meaningless word salad.
I know MANY blacks who understand that abortion is, in fact, MURDER.
They believe in another christ. False religion is rampant. Go back to Genesis
Evidence that God has given them up to reprobate minds. The religion of molech was full of ‘relious people’.
The god of death and destruction - Beelzebub, Baal, the Father of Lies - that idol is on their side.
Though we don’t find the word abortion mentioned in any biblical text, we can deduce from Scripture, not to mention natural law, reason, Church teaching, and patristic witness that abortion is intrinsically evil. On abortion, consider these Scripture passages: Job 10:8, Psalms 22:9-10, Psalms 139:13-15, Isaiah 44:2, and Luke 1:41.
In addition:
Genesis 16:11: Behold, said he, thou art with child, and thou shalt bring forth a son: and thou shalt call his name Ismael, because the Lord hath heard thy affliction.
Genesis 25:21-22: And Isaac besought the Lord for his wife, because she was barren: and he heard him, and made Rebecca to conceive. But the children struggled in her womb…
Hosea 12:3: In the womb he supplanted his brother, and as a man he contended with God.
Romans 9:10-11: But when Rebecca also had conceived at once of Isaac our father. For when the children were not yet born, nor had done any good or evil (that the purpose of God according to election might stand) . . .
The truth that these verses tell is that life begins at conception. Rebekah conceived a child—not what would be or could be a child.
Note James 2:26: “. . . a body apart from the spirit is dead. . .” Since the soul is the principle which gives life to the body, then a child carried in the womb of its mother has a soul because it is alive. To kill it is murder.
