With crude at ~$105/barrel, the Russians have no trouble selling all the oil they can bring to market at a slightly discounted price. The EU makes no secret that it openly continues to buy Russian gas. Also they will soon be bidding against each other for Russian grain.

Don’t forget fertilizers. 30% of global export is Russian and up to a half is Russian-owned.

Yes, while at the same time telling the US that they support sanctions and will stop Russian oil "sometime in the future."
