One correction to my post, a single Democrat voted against the background check bill in March 2021, Jared F. Golden of Maine.
when they know something wont pass it’s “safe” to vote for something or against something to please your base.
It’s completely different when the SHTF and something might pass, then suddenly critical votes shift.
Of course many states (mine, I hope) will say SCREW OFF, the 2nd Amendment is still in place, and our people need NO SUCH LICENSE.
