As the Biden Administration is slow to respond to a severe shortage of baby formula in the United States, stores throughout Mexico are fully stocked especially with the high-demand Enfamil brand.

Breitbart Texas dispatched local reporters to document the availability of baby formula in various Mexican cities, including several along the U.S. border.

In the city of Piedras Negras, opposite Eagle Pass, Texas, the Soriana Supermarket is fully stocked for infant nutrition items.

On the other hand, In Eagle Pass, Walmart aisles were empty.

In the border city of Matamoros, just south of Brownsville, Texas, a Walmart supermarket and also fully stocked.

In the capital of the border state of Tamaulipas, Ciudad Victoria, a Soriana Supermarket presented a similar scene.

In Mexico City, a Walmart offered full shelves.

Within the past week, the FDA announced that it would ease regulations to allow for the importation of formula. Experts cautioned that shelves would not be stocked with the imported goods for more weeks to come, however.

If this happened under Trump, Democrats would be marching with pitchforks.

From the grocery store near where I live in Thailand.

Don't let anybody try to say it's a global problem. It's not. It's a Biden incompetence problem.

Makes sense.

Every Mexican has at least 14 babies.

Gee, I just got a sample pack of baby formula in the mail that was apparently intended for a previous resident. I wonder how much I could get for it on EBay these days?

I’ll bet you some Mexicans are selling (at sky high profit) to Americans online. And why wouldn’t they? Why wouldn’t they try to make a profit, since the American President is too dense and/or uncaring to take care of his own people first.

The Days of Wine and Similac.

This champ had it all. Formula, alcohol, nicotine and caffeine laced breast milk, moo juice, whiskey and an occasional taste of codeine.

Canada is doing fine, formula-wise, as well. FDA screwed up.

If this happened under Trump, Democrats would be marching with pitchforks.

A-O-C would be photographed doubled up in pain, covering her tear-stained face, standing in front of empty shelves that once held hundreds of containers of baby formula.

Only a small minority of “border crossers” these days are Mexicans. The bulk of them are Central Americans who traversed all of Mexico to get to the US border.

The Mexican fertility rate is down to @2.1 children/woman, not that far from the US rate of @1.7

Fertility rates are generally falling around the world, even in poor countries.

Yes the FDA screwed up. Its a bureaucratic failure. They treated the issue according to their bloated and slow procedures without considering the big picture - that they were shutting down a major source of supply of infant formula, without any possibility of substitution. That is because they are essentially robots.

Bureaucracies are inherently stupid. It is the job of the executive branch to ride herd on them, otherwise they will persist robotically as they are programmed to run. It would have been the role of the company, in this case Abbott, to raise this as a problem, notably with the relevant politicians. What happened there I dont know. Its possible that Abbott management did not want to make waves with the FDA in fear of retaliation. Bureaucracies can also be vindictive.

I question whether this "incompetence" is not malicious intent.

Democrats seem to be working for some kind of "Destroy the Constitution" participation award.

Possibly, but I don't give them enough credit to be able to pass it off.

There seems to be a lot of Globalist manipulated supply chain terrorism happening in the USA

it seemed to start with the COVID scam and the "Toilet Paper Shortage" of 2020 (toilet paper companies are related to big pharma)
