While he's put the brakes on some idiotic democrat legislation, he can't let this one go.
If you want gun control Joe, pass a constitutional amendment and let the states vote on it... if you can’t do that, it means it isn’t wanted by the people.
Compromise.

How come we NEVER hear of a crime control bill being offered by anyone anymore. Biden runs away from the ONLY good thing he was a part of, the 1994 Crime bill. It is the largest crime bill in the history of the United States and consisted of 356 pages that provided for 100,000 new police officers, $9.7 billion in funding for prisons, and $6.1 billion in funding for prevention programs, which were designed with significant input from experienced police officers.
The only part of it that wasn’t very good was the “assault weapons” ban, which really didn’t prevent people from buying and selling weapons already here in the US, and forced some cosmetic modifications to other weapons then being made here. Interestingly enough, the “assault weapons” ban didn’t affect the SKS rifle, but the bayonet had to be taken off so as to prevent all the drive-by bayonettings then taking place./s
WV needs to remind Manchin who he’s working for.
We don’t need another useless law on guns.
Enforce the ones you already passed.
Don’t let criminals who use guns out on bail, period.
Arrest, prosecute and sentence.

It doesn’t work. It’s not the gun, it’s the deranged person doing the shooting.
Blaming guns, knives, stick, automobiles, fists, and white males is just hypocritical virtue-whining.

A good reminder of why Manchin shouldn’t ever be welcomed in the Republican Party.
When does he visit yachts owned by Russian-Ukrainian oligarchs to accept his kickbacks? Does he have to share some with Meghan? Or the Big Guy?
