They should...just like you should care Dina Powell is the spouse of one of the candidates
First off I’m not voting in Pennsylvania. Secondly if Trump is endorsing a candidate then I’m going to endorse the candidate because he’s a lot smarter than I am about these matters.
“There are currently a number of dual citizens inhabiting the United States Congress.”
Of course. In Congress and the Senate. Does that make it right or ethical?
Here’s a rule of thumb — not sure how accurate it is, but I’ll throw it out there.
When you don’t have enough intelligence in a particular race, then vote AGAINST the incumbent.
Given that 90% of politicians are crooks anyway, it seems to make sense. In a state like Georgia when both parties are corrupt, it’s probably a net positive.
LOL, I certainly understand that, and would hope that Trump doesn’t do these endorsements on his own (which I completely doubt) even if the final decision is indeed his to sign off on.
Trump has started what we need to finish, and that is to root out the Deep State turds, get them to expose themselves, put them in the eye of the media who can help us by endorsing or rejecting (both of which give us information, both good and bad) and so on.
I don’t get the Oz endorsement myself, but...up until the endorsement, I didn’t know much about him except that he was some liberal media celebrity and apparently, a carpetbagger, both strikes against him.
Sure, I get that. Plus...I view the Republican Party endorsements now with a jaundiced eye.
I have come to regard them in the same light I regard Mitch McConnell. Which is negatively.
No - it is not right or ethical.
A 1967 SCOTUS decision would eventually lead to dual citizens occupying high levels of our government.
I posted to illustrate that there is so much that goes on in our country that "the people" don't have a clue about. Our nation was sold down the river a long time ago.
So, text the good Doctor the following query: Will you base your decisions and votes on Constitutional law even if your personal feelings or opinions differ?
And Trump could never be President.
A workable equation. I’m not even voting in the PA primaries. I changed my registration from R to I January a year ago. I will NOT vote for a muslim or someone with dual allegiance. I will not vote for anyone beholden to Mitch McConnell, and I will not vote for anyone who owes their political existence to Pat Toomey,(as Kathy Barnette does). I still hope Barletta make it as Governor.
Hardly a valid comparison, Bro...
I will say, as a conservative, I feel continually backed into making political Hobson’s choices instead of voting for someone I find worthwhile.
That does happen, but it seems rare now.
What does Dr. Oz think about the constitution of these United States of America?
Why should I care about Dina Powell if I never heard of her?
Roflmao. You just have shown my point. You should care. Google her name. The fact that you have no damn clue..including that she worked for Trump...shows why this idea that spouses don’t matter is insane
So because you are an idiot...https://freerepublic.com/focus/bloggers/3576348/posts
Global head of SUSTAINABILITY? That is a word that smarmy leftists use all the time. She is a stunner, however, so thanks for the tip, RG.
VOTE KATHY BARNETTE!
Please, now use Levin’s trope of “Educating on Constitutional Principles” in a sentence.
