Let’s say your’re right and an anti-muslim cannot win a US Senate seat in PA because their voting bloc of suburban women won’t vote for a bigot.
What makes them so different from the suburban women in Minnesota and Michigan who helped to elect outspoken anti-semitic bigots to Congress?
Christians are not taking the Bible literally. So we are seeing the Muslims do the same things. MBS is modernizing Saudi Arabia. He is charismatic. Hopefully it will continue after his reign.
According to you, Americans are supposed to filter everything they say so we don’t offend others.
I refuse.
The more we filter, the less freedom we have.
You don’t think she should apologize for saying “pedophilia is a cornerstone of Islam” or for comparing Muslims to animals?
Yeah, I think those things warrant an apology.
But that’s just me.
I don’t like to blanket smear an entire group of people.
As a conservative, I try to judge individuals rather than make judgments about people based upon their status as a member of a group.
Someone who does not take the Bible literally is not a Christian.
A mohammedan that does not take the koran literally is dead.
They are. I’m with her.
Great. Good for you.
And I refuse to lose a winnable election with a potential Roy Moore-esque type of sinkable candidate.
That said, I’ll vote for her in November if she wins the primary.
I am wondering if you aren’t lost, this is Free Republic are you looking for Democratic Underground? If so you are going to have to move some to right even for them
All good
You are a democrat.
No conservative would ever demand an apology for telling the truth and “pedophilia is a cornerstone of Islam” is a stone cold truth.
It is in their book. Right out in the open.
IMHO, Dr Oz has two allegiances. He is not electable.
Different demographics in Minnesota/Michigan than in PA.
Also, sad to say in my opinion, it may be more “acceptable” these days to be anti-semitic than anti-Muslim.
Welcome to the 2022 USA.
He said — as he should — he’s giving up his Turkish citizenship if he wins the seat.
The reporting is that he has the citizenship to be able to make medical decisions for his ill mother.
Whatever the case, no public servant should have dual citizenship in my opinion. Same goes for Oz.
“The reporting is that he has the citizenship to be able to make medical decisions for his ill mother.”
So if he wins he’ll throw his ill mother under the bus?
So are Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell unique situations as well?
Trump endorsed them.
As much as I love President Trump, he’s made some crappy endorsements...and Oz is another one.
Christine O’Donnell, Sharon Angle, Roy Moore all good people.
All better than ANY RINO or muslim.
Star Trek Muzzies would’t know which way is EAST.
I still wouldn’t vote for Oz if I were in Pa, however.... even with Trump’s endorsement. It’s hard to say .... I guess since it’s a primary that it is ‘vote your conscience’ time, then worry about whether to support the eventual winner in the general election.
