“it has now legally been “downloaded to your computer” whether you actually meant to or not. “

But consider that for most laws to be prosecuted, there has to be willful intent. If the link was titled “Click here to view child porn” and was clicked, that is proof of intent. If it was titled “Click here to see Washington cherry blossoms in springtime”, that shows there was no intent.

If I take the wrong umbrella when leaving a restaurant, although technically I did indeed take someone else’s umbrella, I don’t get charged with stealing if I can show I accidentally took one that looked like mine.

Reality is... try to tell that to a crooked biased judge who should not allow it but does.

Or to a jury mostly comprised of Christian ladies who already decided you were guilty as soon as they heard the word “porn” in the charges read against someone legal porn or not.

Right. Like the guys that are still in jail over January 6 even though the cops held the door open for them.

The FBI even tried to sucker Roger Stone into the January 6 event.

General Flynn is another example of what can happen when a corrupt cop and a corrupt prosecutor take a case to a corrupt judge.

In your case the cops would probably claim you swapped umbrella’s on purpose because you buy at Walmart and the one you wiped was a Gucci.

Have fun bankrupting yourself to prove it, and good luck repairing your reputation. The process is the punishment.

Plus, she's an example to others.
