By the way, the cert petition for the 9th circuit magazine capacity case is set for conference in SCOTUS on May 26, so we should find out if SCOTUS is taking that case Monday morning, May 30.
But this is the 9th Circus Court of Appeals. The fact that the 3-judge panel didn’t shoot it down might have been Trump’s doing.
I really wish people would stop using, “2nd Amendment right”. There is no right given by the 2nd Amendment. It’s that type of nonsense that opens up the discussion to what is and isn’t allowed, and how we got in this damn mess.
