Based on cellphone calls that Ukraine intercepted....there are some folks there. They appear uncooperative for the propaganda pictures...in fear that when things flip...the Ukrainians will arrive and punish for cooperation.

Pretty stupid to have stayed around, but even worse if you help on the propaganda.
