It turns out “breaking a norm” only counts when a Republican does it.
Someone on the Supreme Court, almost certainly a liberal clerk, maybe even a liberal justice, has leaked the forthcoming decision about Roe v. Wade.
“No draft decision in the modern history of the court has been disclosed publicly while a case was still pending,” Politico noted. “The unprecedented revelation is bound to intensify the debate over what was already the most controversial case on the docket this term.”
And that’s exactly what this leaker wanted — to try to exert pressure on the Supreme Court. It’s beyond norm-breaking. It’s an outrageous, horrible broadside against judicial independence.

Funny how they all of a sudden are in favor of “my body my choice” but not when it comes to experimental vaccines.
The communists do not want an impartial justice system.
We know that they want justices to legislate from the bench, invent “rights” and ignore constitutional boundaries.
They do not believe in innocent until proven guilty or blind justice.
This leak looks like an orchestrated event.
1. the leak was immediately spread around the media, instantaneously.
2. Hundreds of demonstrator immediately appeared at SCOTUS as if they were part of the plan, maybe even pre-positioned.
3. The demonstrators had professionally made signs at the very moment needed.
Standards and requirements change from hour to hour with libs and leftists.
There are demonstrators for both sides - pro and anti abortion.
Leftism can never be defeated if they always break the rules/laws with impunity and the Right always obeys the rules/laws.
My money is on the Wide Latina or one of her ‘clerks’ ...
Where there are orchestrated events, there is always a stench of Obama.
Rationality has no place in Democrat/Communist/Leftist calculations. Emotions is all that matters as an emotional argument is far easier to defend (if there need be a defense at all) than is a rational argument.
Correct! I believe the leak was done to help spark the fire for Dems to push for the end of the filibuster and the packing of the court. SCOTUS will have to rule on Roe before June, as the leak also was designed to pressure one SCOTUS judge to change their opinion on the ruling.
