Hitler did not believe he had non Aryan blood nor did he consider himself be "Jewish." So even if Lavrov was right about being vierteljude, it doesn't matter, nor does his sentence make any sense.

I met Lavrov years ago in Bratislava. He was a cold, sour, humorless douchebag back then and still is one today - just a puffier, wrinklier douchebag.
