White males cannot get the pretend jobs. Those are for women and minorities.
I worked at a large utility company. (Gas & Electric)
The only way to make quotas was to make the call center , and billing department, entirely dark and/or female. (occasional token whites)

When I did consulting for a large manufacturer of important equipment... They had an entire division to hire grossly unqualified diversity hires to keep the diversity quotas looking good. They did busy work to keep them away from the production line. Everyone knew the game but no one dared utter a word about the scam.
