Russkies deliberately target residential zones. It’s not a conspiracy, but a well known fact. They fired missiles into apartments in Odessa just a week ago in retaliation for Ukraine bombing military depots. There were no Ukrainian military targets anywhere the cruise missiles hit. Killed an entire family except the husband.
I’m sure it’s just honest reporting by the Ukraine/State Department propaganda department. No wonder loads of Ukrainians lapped up everything Goebbels served up in ww2.
