The article photo caption states this oil facility is 70 miles (not kilometers) north of the Ukrainian border. Holy Smokes !!! The pics show two widely separate fires so it is no industrial accident. The strikes must have been by sophistcated, probably GPS guided, missiles or very large, fast, and expensive drones.
I'm guessing US Black Ops. Teams run by off the books CIA black budgets. I encountered a few of these teams in my time (introduced as retired military guys now called advisers and "State Department people" who don't say much, but have SF Tats). Serious folks.
Heavy use of GPS with American top line technology that the Ukrainians would dream of having themselves… They don’t know what they’re hitting but with the US involved here they’re able to precision this baby down and they’ll be more of this coming probably even before the day is out in other parts of Russia....
