Another judge that need to be removed from the bench....

As others have pointed out about ten times so far on this thread, a Texas county judge isn't a real judge. They're the chief executive officer of a county analogous to a Mayor of a City or a Governor of a State.

There's no bench to remove him from.

While the voters would be best served by voting this fool out of office, it's Houston so it's not going to happen.

It could happen. He is up for re-election in November.

In 2020, the dems carried most of the Fort Bend County local elections by a 53/47 margin. If 2022 is a Republican tidal wave election like many predict, then those local vote margins could easily flip.
