I was reading that it may not have been legal as it appears to be retaliation of a company amounts to an infringement of its First Amendment right to free speech

I’m sure Disney will sue as infringement of their constitutional freedom of speech right infringement.

And you don’t believe all that won’t be made up in new property taxes and fees Disney will now be liable for?

All those annoying bureaucracies will now reign over the kingdom.

Well, I guess we’ll see if any lawsuits come up.

Legally, it might be a stretch, because all this law does is to now treat Disney the same as any other business. It takes away the special status they have had all these years.

It might be hard, legally speaking, to say that it is a punishment to treat a business the same as other businesses. Of course, Disney attorneys may well try to make that argument. We will see if Disney wants to fight this in court.

The computer algorithm at the Twittsewer arranges tweets that way.

For example, any Trump tweets [before they kicked him off] would have a wall of vitriol and hate from The Usual Hating Lefty Suspects before you got to the hidden supportive tweets.

Had you tweeted, it would have been hidden and buried.

Disney was already paying taxes to the state and local governments. Dissolving the Reedy Creek Improvement District transfers its liabilities to local governments, for a total of 1 to 1.7 billion dollars. If they can’t meet the obligations the state may have to come to their aid.

Orange County tax collector Scott Randolph says otherwise. If anyone knows how this would work, he would.

all the freaks that live on the coasts in their safe spaces can go kick rocks. Including the perverts in the ruling elite who seem to prey on very young adults and the underage.

THIS issue is costing the neo Marxists ie Dems a lot of Hispanic support. Unlike losing black support where blacks idea of not supporting a dem is to stay home vs actually voting for a conservative, Hispanics will actually throw their vote to the alternative conservative.

Desantis knows this bill is very popular in his state.
