Heck, they should just go ahead and pass a Bill of Attainder and declare through legislation that whatever this person did that first week in January qualifies as “insurrection” and she will no longer be allowed to seek political office.

The rule of law and the Constitution were over on Usurpation Day, when ALL of our elected AND appointed swore in the ineligible Kenyan from Indonesia in direct violation of that Constitution.
