What part of the 14th amendment could they possibly be referring to?
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
The charges given in that second sentence are about state laws that have nothing whatsoever to do with individuals making laws.
Never mind... I only found Section 1.... it’s Section 3 that they’re trying to slap her with.

Excerpt from section 3: No Person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress . . . who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, . . . shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.
Section 3 obviously deals with the past, “shall have engaged.”
Since she didn’t illegally enter the Capitol, the rats and rinos hang their hats on “or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.” So, they must declare Trumpsters enemies of the US.
It is all nonsense of course, but if they want to travel that route, bring it on.
