A Ukrainian navy missile battery reportedly has struck the Russian navy cruiser Moskva off the coast of Odessa, a strategic port city on the Black Sea in southwest Ukraine.Multiple Ukrainian government officials claimed Wednesday that a Neptune anti-ship battery, apparently hidden in or around Odessa, scored two hits on Moskva, setting the 612-foot vessel ablaze.

The Moscow, wow ...huge loss here.
The Russian Ministry of Defense confirms the loss.
This could be a big step towards the use of tactical nukes.

Either that or the Russian Cruiser’s missile capabilities are not what they are cracked up to be and have to be closer to the shore to have any chance to hit their targets, the downside is getting closer puts them into range of the Ukrainian defenses which cost them the ship.
"hadn't Boris Johnson promised Ukraine ship-killer munitions?"
Yeah, but the Neptunes are Ukrainian made.
MAde possible by U.S. targeting drones and missile system.
