The bus pulled up at approximately 8 a.m. local time, blocks away from the U.S. Capitol building. Fox News has learned that they came from the Del Rio sector in Texas, after coming to the U.S. from Colombia, Cuba, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.

According to TDEM, Abbott’s plan is already working. The agency told Fox News on Monday that many of the communities that originally reached out for support – from the Rio Grande Valley to Terrell County – say the federal government stopped dropping immigrants in their towns since Abbott's announcement on April 6.

Yes, they should. Actually, they may be from CA and heard that if they make it to Texas, Uncle Sam will provide a free bus trip to visit family in DC.
“If they want this to work, they need to bring in 10 - 20 buses a day.”
Sounds like a possible CONVOY to me. A 10-mile-long string of buses.
Frankly, I’d prefer it if they were forced on a one way flight to Argentina.
Soooo, all those people who said it was just hot air and would never happen unless you saw pictures - welp, here’s pictures.
Nope. If they get dropped off outside DC, they go on local taxpayer resources. Technically, Congress runs DC and it’ll be on them to deal with.
The Constitution does not provide for any penalty should the Federal government not do that. So they’ll just ignore it.
Aside from crap donated by those companies, a lot of those garments are made in the countries they’re coming from or they are seconds/defects sent there to sell in their markets.
It takes two to three days for Amtrak to get you from Houston to Dallas or vice versa. How much slower do you think they’re going to be going somewhere else not on a direct line? Also, Amtrak stops at every little podunk town whether anyone wants to get on or off or not. Gee, that’s not a place the illegals could get off at.
Alexande Alberto, Alejandro Rivero, and Ledinyek Rico—all from Venezuela—said they were dropped off in D.C. without any resources. “Gentlemen of the church are good people,” Rivero told The Beast. “We are without resources, and we want to achieve.”
OK, how about as freight?
It’s like that scene in Cheech and Chong movie “Up In Smoke” where the illegals call La Migra on themselves to get a free bus ride to Mexico for the big wedding.
That’s a damn long ride. How do they prevent them from jumping off the bus? Unless it’s non stop?? That’s about a 24 hour drive and you would need to change bus drivers
Boo-f’in’-hoo-they are “without resources” because they paid $1000’s to a coyote working for one of los carteles to sneak them over the border in the 1st place-they can work in DC, NYC, etc where they love to pay slave wages-Florida will just send them away like Texas did-maybe to Cali, where there are plenty of estate grounds to mow and trim, mansions to clean, pools to maintain and rich folks’ brats to babysit-all at well below minimum wage-bienvenidos a Cali, mojados...
Not our problem. Take that up with the Catholics that fund that.
Give them this note:
Ahora que está aquí en Washington D.C. busque a una política llamada Nancy Pelosi. Ella te permitirá dormir en su casa, gastar su dinero y comer su helado todo el tiempo que desees.
annapolis maryland...
It is Federally illegal to transport people as freight. Aside from the horrifically bad optics that would result.
