They’re all idiots, but I see why. The media lies constantly, so it’s logical to disbelieve them. The media happens to be telling the truth this time, but hysterically, with an agenda. But if a lie fit their agenda, they say that instead.
And everyone in Eastern Europe is corrupt. So there are legit complaints, too. It’s like the French in WWII. They were allies. They were also willing participants in rounding up my grandparents. They also offered to betray thr USA — after the USA liberated their country — to ally with Japan to preserve their colonies.
And the Globalist certainly globbed in to the good side — again, not because they are good, but because they know it looks good. Propaganda.
The key thing here is to realize Biden’s state department baited Putin into war by saying Ukraine was joining NATO. That’s like putting Russian nukes in Mexico. It was intentionally provocative, because they knew Putin viewed Biden as a weak idiot and would attack. Putin, like Saddam with Kuwait, fell for the bait.
The globalists didn’t expect the Ukraine to put up this kind of fight. They expected it to collapse. They wanted a victim state. Now they’re getting heros. It’s the exact opposite of their goal — another freed state of Europeans who hate socialism is anathema to the Globalist goals.
But, we have the useful idiots here, who are baited just like Putin was baited.
Everybody knew Ukraine is not going to join NATO any time soon.
What NATO representatives said is that Russian threats won’t give them a veto over NATO membership and the original Truman’s system from 1949 of only NATO deciding whether to accept a country stands.
