EU Council President accuses Russia of massacre in Bucha Charles Michel, the president of the European Council, blamed Russia for "atrocities" committed in Bucha on the outskirts of Kyiv.
He tweeted saying he was "shocked by haunting images."
Numerous civilians were found dead on the streets following the Russian army's retreat from the town.....

You can see “corpses” moving their limbs and rising from the dead as the camera is passing (can’t fool the rear view mirror).

There are a lot of images from the Uke side showing civilian casualties, there have to be a lot of civilians caught in the war. Due to the intense propaganda on both sides, there is no clear public picture of the true military and civilian casualties at this point.
Regarding Kiev suburbs, most of the civilian casualties are inflicted by the indiscriminate Ukrainian bombardment. There was a limited presence of the Russian light infantry who don’t have the firepower to inflict such damage.
There is no movement in your video. The only "movement" is the glare on the windshield.

Don’t be a dumbass. Watch his video. This is a Russkie troll on the forum who feeds off people never bothering to read or view his links—the few times he bothers to post them. This claim is being made by one of Russia’s telegram accounts. I believe most likely they expect people to confuse the glare on the windshield as movement of the body. Zoom in and see for yourself. There is absolutely no movement of any dead bodies in the video.

LOL. At 0:02 the “corpse” is moving his hand. At rear view mirror you can see him sitting a few moments later. There are dozens of such gaffes. There was a video where the corpse was smoking cigs in his bodybag, and another where the guy walked away from his bag. Mariupol hospital bombing is totally debunked, where the actress hired to play “victim” is interviewed and told the whole story.
"Those people were just walking and they shot them without any reason," a Bucha resident told AP, saying the departing Russian troops were behind the indiscriminate killings.
Bucha's Mayor Anatoly Fedoruk said that at least 280 other bodies had been buried in mass graves elsewhere in the town.

In your own brazenness, you are pretending a different body moved than even what is being claimed by Russian official channels.
